Over the next week all of the immunosuppressed patients that we have registered at the practice will receive either a letter or text asking you to provide details of adult household members that have not had a COVID jab. The details of that household member will need to email the dedicated email address that will be provided. The household member will then be booked into a clinic and they will need to take ID with them on the day.
