Register with the surgery

Catchment area

We like many surgeries in Gloucestershire are seeing a higher than average increase in new patient registrations.

As a result of this we have made the decision that our boundary map on our website will be strictly adhered to at this time and no registrations that fall outside of this (please use the postcode checker) will be accepted.

There will be a number of patients that are already registered with us that fall outside of this boundary and we can assure them they will not be asked to move at this time.

We are sorry that for some patients this will be a disappointment but can assure you that there are several other GP practices that will be able to help.

You can also find out which GPs you can register with on the NHS website.

Registering with the surgery

To register with the surgery:

The service is designed and run by the NHS, so your personal information is safe. It cuts our administrative workload and makes it easier for you to register.

Paper forms are still available if you need one. If you are unable to use this online facility, you can obtain a paper registration form from our reception team who are available Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:30pm (closed from 12:30pm to 1:30pm).

When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.
