Community Nurses

A team of District Nurses work with the surgery to provide general nursing care in the home and give advice and support to relatives who are caring for the elderly and those who are ill at home.

Health Visitors

Are no longer based at the surgery but hold a drop-in Baby Clinic in Holy Trinity Church Hall every Tuesday between 14:00 and 16:00, 0-5 years; open to all.

Frailty Team

We also have a team of Frailty nurses working with us. If you feel you need support from these dedicated nurses please contact the surgery and a referral where appropriate can be made.

Practice Pharmacist(s)

Practice Pharmacist(s) who work with our practice team and can be contacted with queries around medication but who are also seeing/speaking to patients with ongoing needs.

Social Prescribing Link Workers

We also have a team of Social Prescribing link workers who work with us and can be a great resource please contact us for more help.
