The Patient Participation Group (PPG) for Longlevens Surgery is pleased to introduce a group of patients who have volunteered to become our Patient Participation Group. The Group have met over the last few months to agree priorities for the Surgery and help us to create an action plan for us to work towards over the coming months.

We aim to meet regularly with representatives from the Practice to discuss topical issues, express views on planned service developments, and raise any issues which are of concern and/or will help improve the standard of care offered by the practice.

The Practice is always happy to hear from anyone that may have an interest in joining our group and even if it is difficult for patients to attend our meetings we can keep them up to date via our virtual participation group, with regular contact by email.  Members will receive regular updates on practice developments and can give the practice their views and suggestions by email.
