We will shortly be in touch to invite your child to have their 2022 flu vaccination, which will be delivered at Longlevens Surgery. You will receive a text message week commencing Monday 3rd October with a link to book your child’s appointment.
For your information, the clinics for these vaccinations will be held in October and November 2022.
The flu vaccinations will only be offered by the surgery to children aged 2 and 3 years old. Eligible children of school age will be invited to have their flu vaccination at their school.
Please do not contact the surgery before your invitation is received as we are unable to book your appointment until then.
